チームの8割を占める社員選手は、他の社員と同様に定時まで働き、そこからジャージに着替えブーツを履いています。そのような環境で上のディビジョンを目指し、挑戦し続けること。その姿勢が観る人全てに勇気と感動を与えると、私たちは信じています。

As rugby professionalization rapidly advances in Japan, Kurita Water Gush proudly upholds the team philosophy of “balancing work and rugby.”
The employee-athletes, who make up 80% of the team, work regular hours like any other employee before changing into their jerseys and boots to hit the field. We believe that this constant pursuit of higher divisions in such an environment inspires and moves everyone who watches us.
“Hard Work” is ingrained in the culture of Kurita Water Gush. We promise to keep working hard, both on the job and on the field, sharing moments of inspiration with our fans.
The 2025-26 season kicks off in December.
