●ネッド・ハニガン選手

I am very honoured to be given an opportunity to further my rugby career in Japan and to play for Kurita Water Gush . I have toured Japan over the past few years with rugby and the people and culture of Japan is something that I have enjoyed and one of the main reasons I am so excited about. I look forward to playing my best for Kurita Water Gush and enhancing the rugby program with my play and with my rugby experience. I can’t wait to get over there once my commitments with the Wallabies has finished and rip in.

今回、栗田工業ウォーターガッシュでプレーできる機会をいただき、本当に光栄な気持ちです。ここ数年の間に、ラグビーの試合で日本には何度か来たことがあります。その時感じた日本の人々と文化が好きになり、このことも来日を決めた大きな理由の一つです。栗田工業ウォーターガッシュのためにベストなプレーをして、私のプレーと経験でチームに貢献できることを楽しみにしています。現在のワラビーズ（オーストラリア代表の愛称）での活動が終了して、栗田工業ウォーターガッシュに合流してプレーできる日を楽しみにしています。

●アンドリュー・ディーガン選手

I am really excited about the opportunity to move to Japan and play rugby with Kurita Water Gush for the upcoming season. I am very thankful for the club to give me this opportunity and I can’t wait to join the rest of the team at training as we build into the competition starting in January. I have been to Japan a few times and I have a lot of respect for the culture and people of Japan, and so far everyone has been extremely welcoming. I look forward to playing rugby soon and getting to know everyone involved with Kurita.

今シーズン、日本に移る機会と栗田工業ウォーターガッシュでラグビーをプレーする機会を頂けたことにとても興奮しています。この機会を与えてくださった同クラブにとても感謝しており、1月から始まる大会に向けてチームメンバーと合流し、共に準備していくことを楽しみにしています。私は過去に来日した経験があり、日本の文化や人々を尊敬していますし、皆さまが私を快く迎え入れてくださいました。これから日本でラグビーができること、栗田工業ウォーターガッシュのすべての皆様とお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

Firstly, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to play for your team. I am extremely grateful to be here and I look forward to training and playing with my fellow teammates from the Watergush.
I am excited to explore all the adventures that Japan has to offer, and I can’t wait to give my all on the field and to make my new team proud.
